1 General Terms & Conditions

Bengal Bit (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all Bengal Bit services, websites, and mobile applications.

By accessing or registering on this platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Bengal Bit reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Bengal Bit:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Any changes to account information must be updated immediately.
• Accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person or made available for someone else's use.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Verification must be completed to activate your account. Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bengal Bit complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Document submission is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal.
• When total deposits exceed a specified limit.
• Whenever requested by Bengal Bit authorities.
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Documents typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or statement of the payment method used.

Submitted documents will be verified within 72 hours. You will be notified via email or SMS once verification is complete. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is finished.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bengal Bit supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits sent through a third party will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation.
• No processing fee is charged on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bengal Bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. The following general terms apply to all bonus claims:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — typically 10x to 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Winnings from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Some games do not count toward bonus wagering requirements, or count at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days, or they will expire.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only and applies to the first deposit exclusively. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Bengal Bit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Bengal Bit:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the event is cancelled.
• Brief pauses may occasionally occur during live betting — bets are not accepted during these intervals.
• Bengal Bit reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or corruption is suspected, Bengal Bit reserves the right to suspend the bets in question.
• Maximum payout limits are set individually for each event.
• Multiple correlated bets on the same event are not permitted.

Bengal Bit offers betting on over 30 sports, including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and badminton. Individual rules may apply to each sport — please refer to the relevant sport's page for details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bengal Bit platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw a bonus artificially by circumventing bonus terms.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to make risk-free profits by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
• False Identity: Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Third-Party Software: Betting using bots or automated software.

If any such activity is detected, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bengal Bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of these terms and conditions.
• For failure to complete KYC verification.
• When suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed (unless closure is due to a violation).

Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be charged an inactivity fee of BDT 200 per month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bengal Bit places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is entertainment, not addiction. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you can bet within a given time period.
• Loss Limits: Automatically stop betting once a set loss amount is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded periodically of how long you have been playing.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bengal Bit is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or unprocessed due to internet disconnection.
• Account credentials exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue or server outage.
• Force majeure — if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

Under any circumstances, Bengal Bit's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in the user's account. Bengal Bit will not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses.

11 Changes & Amendments

Bengal Bit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be published on the website.
• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
